Charlie did an excellent job on our windows in and out.  Very reasonable and trustworthy.  
I left him alone in the house as I had to go out and he locked the door on his way out.  
He also called to inform us that our dog had gotten into our guest suitcase and ate their 
protein bars.  Charlie even cleaned up the mess our dog left!
