This company installed a Gerard Stone Coated Steel Roof System 
roof on a house on SE 281 ST.  I was happy with the outcome 
so I called them for a bid.  It was about 20% more than 
a architectural grade composition but the overall guarantee 
was much better.  One (minor)problem was with the crew 
which installed my roof.  They did the "valleys" different 
than the house on SE 281 ST.  When I pointed this out to
 Mr. Schillings he said he would do whatever it takes to 
make me happy ... and they fixed the valleys to my 
satisfaction.  (This was not functional problem but a 
personal preference as to a "look" that I wanted.)  The 
other problem was with a section that was bent from a 
worker stepping on the wrong place.  I noticed this about 
a week or two after Lifetime completed the job.  I phoned 
them and they were out within a day or two to fix it.  
**Gerard is a brand of stone coated steel roofing.
  There are other brands available.  When I did some 
research into metal roofing I also looked into Decra.  
I don't know if the same company is installing them but 
they had some financial problems back then ??? (Oct. 2000) 
and I had problems with them showing up for an estimate. 
 You might check with the home owner on SE 281 ST to see
 if he was happy with Lifetime but I would recommend them.
